Jugheadis a California native but was raised in Louisville.

His tattooing career began over 20 years ago under the wing of Linda at Enchanted Dragon tattoo and Keely Tacket. His interest in tattooing began when he noticed too many people with Van Halen and Tasmanian devil tattoos.
